- Price corrections: the destination, weight, service, the price you saw here and the price the carrier charged or published. A link or photo of the carrier's rate helps us fix it quickly.
- Bugs: what you did, what you expected and what happened, and whether you were on a phone or a computer. A screenshot helps a lot.
- Suggestions: a feature you'd like, a carrier or service we should add, or anything that would make the site easier to use.
- Questions: what you're sending, where to, and roughly how much it weighs.
- Partnerships: your company name, the services you offer, and where we can get your published rates.
We can't book shipments or handle claims. To follow a parcel, use Track a parcel. For anything else about a shipment, contact the carrier you sent with.
